to be honest im waiting for that to happen too, still "Asteroid belts as hidden environments - Exploration" is "In Development", which means it could stay there for looong long time :)

of course we will be able to mine, we will have to discover the mining sites first tho, and when we exhaust them, we will have to find new one - thats if the things will be as they are now.

ye nice point Spy4Hire - they can do their macroing hidden from others. and i mean exactly "macroing", since at the moment farmers are mostly human-operated.

well the idea is that china-based farmers, because we all know there are non-china-based farmers too, so china-based farmers use proxies/socks/etc to get into tranquility.
in that case "free Tibet" wont help.

well since a farmer can do everything the player can do, there will be no complete solution soon.

i believe it was mentioned somewhere about all ships having most basic scanner, able to find low grade belts or something like that.
@Shameless Avenger - yea its all about macroers/isk sellers in the end.
lets say for example, you have a chinese farmer, who earns 10 usd per 10 hours mining. if he does that, its logical to conclude that those are good money for china, lots of stuff, since the other choice is making t-shirts earning 0.06 usd/each. so, you cant recognize this guy among other players, still you can render him ineffective to some extent. making him do lots of additional stuff, training new characters, exploring, finding new belts etc, that makes farming isk more time consuming, my point here is - in the end he wont earn 10 usd per 10 hours mining, but lets say 7 usd. add some more devs' tricks, and that 7 becomes 5. there will be no point in doing what they do anymore.
thats theoretical, of course :)
link got broken by a forum bug btw, its .../Farmer_(gaming).
